The Tibetan mat is VERY EASY to use! Simply lie on the Tibetan Mat or press it onto the affected area.

The beneficial healing and relaxing effects of the Acupressure Mat will be felt from the very first use. The Tibetan mat should be used once or twice a day for a 'course' of between 14 and 21 days. Sessions should last between 20 and 60 minutes. It is recommended that a break is taken between courses of 28 days. This will ensure the maximum effectiveness of each course.

Many users report that their pain completely disappears during their first course and does not return! Feelings experienced when using applicator range from moderate pricking (first 3-8 min) to a soothing warmth which spreading around and envelopes the affected area of the body.
